Dr. Madeline Ann Lewis is the President/CEO of the Executive Women’s Success Institute (www.exwsi.com) and creator of the online course “Crack The Career Code: How To Lead With Confidence, Charisma, and Credibility.” She is a career strategist, speaker, facilitator, trainer, consultant, and the author of “Finding Your Best Inside: How to Persevere and Become the Person You Are Meant to Be” and “Playing from the Blue Tee: Women in the Federal Government.” The author of two books, she conducts workshops and seminars that have been presented throughout the United States and abroad.
The Executive Women’s Success Institute (EXWSI) seeks to empower individuals, primarily women, in their career, business and personal lives by providing them with a fast track, yet comprehensive toolkit of life skills and abilities.
Dr. Lewis was selected by the Minority Enterprise Executive Council as one of the 50 Women of Power in Business in 2012; by the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce for Business Woman of the Year in 2013; by the Paul Anthony Foundation for Successful Journey of Black Entrepreneurship in 2015; she was selected as a finalist by the National Veteran-Owned Business Association for the 2016 Woman Vetrepeneur of the Year® Award; and she received the 2017 Enterprising Women of the Year Award. She has been certified by The Professional Woman Network as a Diversity Trainer with special emphasis in Women Issues. Dr. Lewis has appeared in the National Association of Female Executives magazine Success (fall issue) and on numerous radio shows such as Radio One Talk Show: A Woman’s Journey to Success: Topic: Superwoman Syndrome. She has written articles such as “Making the Deal: Women as Negotiators,” “Playing from the Blue Tee: Women in the Federal Government,” “How Women Can Speed Progress on Diversity at Work,” and “How to Get the Promotion You Deserve,” which have appeared in business journals, federal magazines, and college websites. Dr. Lewis’ workshop on “Leadership Skills for Women” has been requested and conducted for federal government agencies in the Washington, DC area.
