At Her Business Listings, we welcome high-quality blog submissions that align with our mission of supporting and informing women entrepreneurs and professionals. If you’re interested in contributing sponsored content, please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your article.
Sponsored Post Guidelines
A Sponsored Post is a feature-style article that includes a note at the end indicating it is paid content. All submissions are reviewed for suitability, promotional tone, and adherence to our editorial standards. Fees for sponsored posts range from $20 to $40, depending on:
- The length of the article
- Number of “do-follow” links
- Type of content submitted
Word Count: Posts should be between 600 and 1,200 words.
Typical posts with 1 to 2 do-follow links is $20. Some exceptions include content that is purely or primarily promotional and not education, entertaining or informative. We review content prior to invoicing to assess for appropriateness. If accepted, we outline the pricing and once accepted by sponsoring organization or individual an invoice is sent.
Content Format & Submissions
Please send your article in either a Google Doc or Microsoft Word format. We accept up to three image files (JPEG or PNG only), including one logo if desired.
Link Guidelines:
- Two links may be included in the body of the article.
- One additional link may be placed in the author bio section (footer).
- Please clearly indicate which links you wish to be marked as “do-follow.”
Content Restrictions
We only publish articles relevant to a female audience. Submissions must be respectful and free from content that includes:
- Adult or explicit material
- Cryptocurrency or gambling promotion
- Hate speech, profanity, vulgarity, or discriminatory language
- Any topic deemed inappropriate by our editorial team
Editorial Notes & Transparency
Each sponsored post will include the following disclaimer at the end:

All sponsored content will be tagged as either Guest Author or Guest Editor, and your article will remain live on our site as a permanent post.
In some cases, we may add an additional disclaimer as it pertains to the content.

Payment Policy
All sponsored content must be paid in advance. We will send an invoice when an order is placed and once paid, article is posted within 5 days or less. Note that articles will not be published until payment is received.
Please note, we do not discount sponsored content with the exception of the following: Sponsor submits 3 or more articles and payment for all are received in advance.
