About Sasha Shulman, Esq.
Sasha Shulman is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida bast in Fort Lauderdale. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Tulane University in New Orleans before returning home to pursue her Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law. While at UM, she was an active member of Phi Delta Phi, the International Legal Honor Society, and served as Vice President of her chapter.
Before founding Shulman Law, Ms. Shulman dedicated over ten years to public service as an Assistant State Attorney. Her prosecutorial career spanned multiple specialized units—including Homicide, Career Criminal, Traffic Homicide, Domestic Violence, Felony, and Juvenile—and she led a team of twelve attorneys in the Felony Division. Her casework ranged from misdemeanors to high-profile felonies such as robbery, drug trafficking, and attempted murder. She was later promoted to the Homicide Unit, where she prosecuted complex cases including First Degree Murder. Over the course of her tenure, Ms. Shulman litigated more than 50 trials and hundreds of motions, earning a reputation for excellence in the courtroom.
Today, Ms. Shulman brings her sharp analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and deep understanding of the justice system to her private practice, offering services in Criminal Defense and Estate Planning throughout South Florida. Her approach is rooted in transparency, strategy, and compassion—ensuring clients understand their options and feel empowered throughout the legal process.
In addition to her criminal defense work, Ms. Shulman provides comprehensive Estate Planning services. Drawing from her extensive litigation background, she crafts legacy documents with foresight and precision, aiming not just to protect assets but to shield families from future legal disputes.
