HER Business Listings Refund & Cancellation Policy
At HER Business Listings Directory, our goal is to support and promote women-owned businesses through increased visibility, credibility, and connection.
Because listings are digital services that begin delivering value immediately upon submission, please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchase.
Non-Refundable Services
All listing fees (Basic, Premium, or Lifetime) are non-refundable once a listing has been reviewed, approved, and published in our directory. Publishing a listing provides immediate exposure on our website, in search results, and in promotional campaigns — services that cannot be reversed.
Cancellations Before Publishing
If you wish to cancel your listing before it has been reviewed or published, please contact us at Heidi@RedheadMarketingInc.com within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations made before approval may qualify for a partial refund, less a small administrative processing fee.
Upgrades
If you choose to upgrade your listing (for example, from Basic to Premium or Lifetime), your previous payment may be applied as credit toward the new plan, provided the upgrade request is made within 30 days of the original purchase.
Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error or submitted duplicate payments, please contact us within 7 business days so we can promptly review and resolve the issue.
Renewals & Lifetime Plans
Annual listings renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Lifetime listings are a one-time payment and do not require renewal.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under one of the exceptions above, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

About Your HER Business Listings Purchase, Listing, and Refunds
Can I change or update my listing after it’s published?
Yes! You can update your listing anytime. Simply email Heidi @ WECAI, org with your requested edits or new images. Updates are typically completed within 3–5 business days. Keeping your listing current helps improve visibility and ensures visitors always have your most accurate information.
What happens after I purchase my listing?
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps. Once your information is submitted, our team reviews it to ensure accuracy and alignment with HER Business Listings’ guidelines. Your listing will go live within 3–7 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s published.
Can I cancel my purchase if I change my mind?
If you contact us before your listing is reviewed or published, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a partial refund (less a small administrative fee). Once your listing has been published and is live on our site, the listing fee becomes non-refundable.
What if I purchased the wrong listing level by mistake?
No problem! If you meant to choose a different plan, contact us within 7 business days of purchase, and we’ll adjust your plan. If you’re upgrading to Premium or Lifetime, your original payment can be applied as credit toward the new plan.
What if I see a billing error or duplicate charge?
Please contact us within 7 business days of the transaction, and we’ll review the issue right away. If an error or duplicate payment occurred, we’ll process a correction or refund within 7–10 business days.
How long will my listing stay visible?

Basic and Premium Listings: Remain visible for one full year and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Lifetime Listings: Remain visible indefinitely — no renewals, no expiration, no additional costs.
How do I upgrade to a Premium or Lifetime Listing?
ou can upgrade anytime! Simply reach out to Heidi @ WECAI org (with Upgrade Her Listing in subject line) and we’ll help you transition to your new plan. If you upgrade within 30 days of your original purchase, your previous payment will be applied as credit toward the new plan.
What’s included in my Premium or Lifetime Listing promotion?
Premium and Lifetime members receive periodic social media promotion, blog feature opportunities, and inclusion in our annual Holiday Marketing Video. Lifetime members also receive a priority interview feature in WE Magazine for Women and a second free listing — perfect for your podcast or other brand venture.
What if I no longer wish to renew my listing?
You may cancel your annual renewal anytime prior to your renewal date. Simply contact us by email, and we’ll ensure your renewal is not processed. Your listing will remain live through the end of your paid term.
